Replace Your Board Of Directors Now!
Since 1994 Consolidated Resorts Inc (CRI) employees have controlled both the Sands of Kahana Vacation Club (Timeshare) Board and the Homeowners Association (AOAO) Board.
- Can we trust the same people who are filing bankruptcy (CRI) and that own the management company Consolidated Resorts Management Inc (CRMI), with our money?
- The Board does not allow SOK Timeshare or Individuals Owners complete transparency of the financial details of either the Sands of Kahana Vacation Club or Home Owners accounting practices.
- Why does the Board deny repeated Owner requests to provide the Timeshare Owner list that you are entitled to? What does the Board, CRI, and CRMI have to hide?
- CRI says they only own 120 weeks of timeshare (less then 2, 2 bedroom units) at the Sands of Kahana out of 196 units. Therefore, 1% ownership, and they control the Board! Why?
- Timeshare and Individual Owners are not fairly represented on either of the Boards. 3 of the 5 Board member are CRI employees.
The following people are the CRI Board Members:
Marcus Baricuatro, VP CRI
Johnnie Santiago, Employee, CRI
Glen Stockton, Attorney for CRI
TIMESHARE AND INDIVIDUALS MUST *UNITE* TO ACHIVE REPRESENTATION ON THE BOARD!!!
Pass this on to your Sands of Kahana friends
