We, as Sands Of Kahana Timeshare owners, want to keep this spot as beautiful and appealing as was proposed when we purchased our week/s. It is now beco,ming run down, is poorly managed, is being poorly remodeled and has no useable financial reports. Several of us have gotten together to set up a website so that we might have a common bond. A way of communication with one another.

How can we trust the Board, CRI, and Consolidated Resorts Management Inc. with control over our monies and with operating the Sands of Kahana Vacation Club and Home Owners Associations?
Can we trust the same people who are filing bankruptcy Consolidated Resorts Inc. (CRI) and who also own the management company (CRMI). Consolidated Resorts Management Inc, with your money?
With only 1% ownership in the property how can we continue to allow the Board (CRI) to dictate where our money is spent?
Isn’t it time that Sands Of Kahana Individual Timeshare Owners know where there money is being spent?
