Dissatisfied with Consolidated Resorts Management operation of the Sands of Kahana Vacation Club?
Sands of Kahana timeshare Owners face major issues and problems with declining room conditions, bad room assignments, deteriorating pool facilities, pigeons, water leaks, rusty balcony posts and other problems. Removal of the Board and managment company oprerated by Consolidated Resorts Management Inc. will allow the Timeshare Owners to have CONTROL over decisions regarding the complex with the Management company of their choice. Why allow (CR Inc) who owns 1% of the complex to control the operations of your Management Company and Property?
- The Sands of Kahana Timeshare Owners have not been effectively able to communicate with each other for the good of the Vacation Club.
- The Individual Owners are presently suing the Sands of Kahana Board of Directors to obtain the list of Timeshare Owners to assist them in communicating with the Timeshare Owners. The Vacation Club has refused to turn over the owners list to both the “Concerned Timeshare Owners” and the Individual Owners. State Law requires the SOK Vacation Club to provide this list of Owners to those Owners who request it for Club purposes only.
- Consolidated Resorts Management Inc. allows the use of the Sands of Kahana property by Timeshare people staying at Kahana Beach, and Kahana Villa, to use the pool, tennis courts, and fitness room. The Sands of Kahana must operate autonomously from the other CRM complexes (Kahana Beach, Kahana Villa, Hono Koa, and The Gardens at West Maui).
- We know for a fact the CRMI is renting out some SOK Vacation Club condominiums! Where is that money going?
- Why does Consolidated Resorts Management Inc. allow Kahana Beach and Kahana Villa to use the SOK Vacation Club Room in Building 3 as well as participate in SOK Club Room functions at our expense?
- Non-affiliated Owners are not fairly represented on either of the Boards. 3 of the 5 Board member are CRI employees.
